The Brief.The aim for the site was to provide a platform from which to sell high end and VIP tickets for Michael Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ tour. With tickets selling at phenomenal rates and the best seats at a premium, it was essential to gain traction and credibility with a simple to use yet effective site. The Solution.User experience is at the heart of the site, with the customer’s immediate trust in the site a crucial element of the venture. Traffic to the site was generated via paid searches, due to the huge competition for organic keywords around the subject matter and the pressure of selling a time-sensitive product. |
